Jane Kauh

Jane Kauh is a Director within the Employment Law Group at Deutsche Bank in New York.  As in-house counsel, she provides advice on a range of employment law related matters such as discrimination/harassment, requests for accommodation, bonus and compensation related issues, internal investigations, and deferred compensation.  She manages employment litigation and arbitrations, and handles restrictive covenant enforcement issues. She has trained Human Resource Professionals on a variety of matters ranging from regulatory issues related to compensation, EEO/Diversity to conducting internal investigations.  She regularly negotiates employment contracts and settlements with plaintiff’s counsel.  Prior to joining Deutsche Bank, Jane worked in-house at HSBC Securities and prior to that as an associate at Schnader Harrison.  Jane clerked for the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.  Jane attended Temple University Law School and she obtained her undergraduate degree from Trinity College.
