Meredith McKee

Meredith J. McKee is Senior Lead Counsel for ESG in Wells Fargo’s Legal Department, focusing on the Company’s sustainability and social impact efforts. At Wells Fargo, Meredith previously served as Managing Counsel for the Company’s remediation of public consent orders and other regulatory matters, and as a Senior Counsel in consumer regulation and escalated matters.  Prior to joining Wells Fargo, Meredith spent 15 years in private practice, primarily as a litigation partner focused on complex consumer financial services litigation and regulatory investigations and enforcement.  Meredith attended Northwestern University and Harvard Law School.
