
Roberto Braceras
Roberto M. Braceras is General Counsel at Fidelity Investments. Prior to joining Fidelity in March 2022, he was a senior partner in the Litigation Department of Goodwin Procter, where he had more than 20 years of experience in financial services litigation, internal investigations, securities work, white collar criminal defense, and complex commercial litigation. Mr. Braceras was appointed by Gov. Baker to be Vice Chair of the Massachusetts Judicial Nominating Committee; earlier, he was appointed by Gov. Romney to serve on the State Ballot Law Commission. He also served on the Criminal Justice Act Board.
Before joining Goodwin, Mr. Braceras worked as a federal prosecutor with the U.S. Department of Justice.
A graduate of Dartmouth College and Yale Law School, Mr. Braceras served as a law clerk to the Honorable Nathaniel M. Gorton in the United States District Court in Boston.
