Eileen Bejasa

Senior Vice President, WIM Brokerage Operations , Wells Fargo

Eileen Bejasa is an Operations Director and Senior Vice President at Wells Fargo within WIM Brokerage Operations responsible for the Account Opening and Maintenance group. Her current focus is on organizational redesign, process improvement, and scale growth initiatives across multiple business lines.

Eileen has worked for Wells Fargo since January 2020. Prior to that, she was at Goldman Sachs for 18 years in a number of roles within the Securities and Operations divisions.

Eileen is a strong advocate of understanding and operating across the front to back to build a better business and create a more seamless client experience. She is extremely passionate around diversity, equity, and inclusion and currently serves as a member of the Wells Fargo COO DE&I council. Eileen holds her Series 27, Series 99, and the SIE licenses.

An East coast native and a self-proclaimed die hard New Yorker, Eileen moved to St. Louis in July of 2020 where she has settled down with her family. Eileen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Rutgers University.
