FASB’s Invitation to Comment – Agenda Consultation
SIFMA provided comments to the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) on its Invitation to Comment - Agenda Consultation (the “ITC”).
The Securities Industry Association (SIA)* provides comments to the members of the U.S. Senate urging their support for Trade Promotion Authority (TPA) legislation. SIA believes that TPA not only requires the President and Congress together to set trade negotiating priorities, but affords the U.S. the best policy tool it has to secure market opening measures that bolster economic growth, spur job creation, and benefit U.S. consumers and investors.
