The Securities Industry Association (SIA)*, The Bond Market Association (TBMA)*, the Financial Services Roundtable (FSR), the Futures Industry Association (FIA), and the International Swaps and Derivatives Association, Inc. (ISDA) provide comments to the Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives on The CFTC Reauthorization Act (H.R.4473).  The group expresses concern over Title II of the legislation which would effect the over-the-counter (OTC) derivatives markets.
