SIFMA provides comments to Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, Federal Housing Finance Agency, National Credit Union Administration and the Securities and Exchange Commission on the Reproposed Rule regarding incentive based compensation arrangements under Section 956 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act.
