Dina Masterpalo-Harris

Dina Masterpalo-Harris joined Citi in December 2008. She is currently managing the Markets Operations Client Experience.

Prior to joining Citi, she worked at Lehman Brothers for over 15 years across several product classes and performed various roles.  Dina has held positions such as Global Head of Derivatives Settlements, OTC Confirmations and Sales Middle Office.  She supported Derivatives, Securities and Foreign Exchange Markets within Middle Office and Operations. Dina has also held position at Barclays and UBS prior to Lehman Brothers.

With over 20 years of work experience in the Financial Services Industry, Dina has been involved in many industry forums and panels such as ISDA (International Swaps and Derivative Association).  She participates in industry working groups which lead to standardizing and automating core processing within the Derivatives and Securities industry.

Dina is a member of the Women’s Bond Club and has been an active part of Citi’s Women’s Leadership Council since it started in 2010.  She is a sponsor in the Prometheus program and have participated in the Developing Talent program, Rising Star program and has been part of many mentoring programs throughout her career.

Dina represents Citi on the DTCC Regional Advisory Council, she is also series 99 registered.
