Kevin W. Brennan

Kevin W. Brennan, Head of Investment Operations, joined Western Asset in 2001. Kevin has held numerous leadership roles at the Firm within enterprise risk management, investment risk management, and portfolio and fund administration. As Head of Investment Operations, he oversees delivery of the Firm’s global middle- and back-office capabilities to clients including account transition management, data management, post-execution trade and collateral management, accounting, reconciliation, performance measurement and fund administration. Kevin is the Chair of the Operations Committee, which provides direction on the design and implementation of the Firm’s global operating model.

Prior to joining Western Asset, Kevin oversaw operations as Controller at First Quadrant and provided assurance services to investment companies and broker-dealers as an audit manager at Deloitte.

Kevin is a CPA and a graduate of Indiana University
