Andy Sears

Andy is a Senior Director at Coinbase, responsible for Prime Brokerage and Futures Operations. Prior to joining Coinbase in 2022, Andy was part of EY’s Capital Markets advisory practice, and served in operations management roles at Goldman Sachs, State Street and UBS.

Andy has a BA from Ohio Wesleyan University and an MBA from New York University.
