Orit Weinstein

Orit Weinstein is a Senior Vice President, Associate General Counsel at D.A. Davidson and joined the firm in 2021 to support the wealth management business. Prior to joining D.A. Davidson, she was a Director, Associate General Counsel at TIAA where she supported the investment advisory and broker-dealer business lines. Her experience ranges from advising on brokerage and advisory products & services to implementing regulatory changes.

Orit obtained a bachelor’s degree from Pace University, graduating magna cum laude as a dual major in Finance and Economics, and a law degree from New York Law School, graduating magna cum laude and serving as Managing Editor of the New York Law School Law Review.
Orit began her career as an associate at Sullivan & Cromwell, LLP where she supported the corporate practice and then FINRA as an Attorney in the Sales Practice Policy department.
