Karim Lynn is Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Fidelity Investments where she leads a team that provides legal and regulatory advice to support the brokerage and advisory services offered to Fidelity’s individual investors. Prior to joining Fidelity, Karim was responsible for legal and compliance teams at several financial services firms and was a Branch Chief in the SEC’s Division of Enforcement. She is a graduate of New York Law School, J.D. magna cum laude, and New York University, B.S. cum laude.
