Bari Jane Wolfe

Bari Jane Wolfe is Managing Director and Head of Regulatory Relations for The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation. In this role, she is responsible for fostering strong and collaborative relationships with industry regulators. She manages the Regulatory Relations function that handles supervisory regulatory engagement, matters including examinations and responses to supervisory requests for data and information, and regulatory agency policy that affects DTCC’s businesses. Bari is active in Governance at DTCC both at the internal committee level – she is a member of the firm-wide Management Risk Committee – and at the Board and Board Committee levels.

Bari previously spent twenty-three years at Lehman Brothers, or its predecessor firms where, in the later years, she served as Managing Director of Regulation. Her early work focused on litigation. Prior to DTCC, Bari was a Managing Director at Barclays Capital Inc. where she focused on Litigation, Dispute Resolution and Regulatory Law.

Bari was a long-standing Executive Committee member of the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association, Compliance and Legal Society, serving in various roles.
