The Investment Company Committee of the Securities Industry Association (SIA)* provides comments to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on the delivery of disclosure documents to households, Release Nos. 33-7475, 34-39321, IC-22884, File No. S7-27-97.  SIA supports the proposal and offers some suggestions regarding the scope of the proposal and the manner of obtaining consent.
