The Federal Regulation Committee, Self-Regulation and Supervisory Practice Committee, and the Compliance and Legal Division of the Securities Industry Association (SIA)* provide comments to to the National Association of Securities Dealers Regulation, Inc. (NASDR) on the NASDR’s rule modernization initiative, Special NASD Notice to Members 01-35.  SIA applauds the strides of the NASDR project and offer observations and recommendations to help further the project.
