SIFMA and American Securitization Forum (ASF) provide comments to the Federal Reserve Board of Governors on proposed rule Regulation Z, Truth in Lending, Docket No. R-1305. SIFMA and ASF generally support the Truth in Lending Act (TILA) because it would assist borrowers in making informed choices and would promote market efficiency.
