SIFMA’s Asset Management Group (SIFMA AMG) provides comments to the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) on its consultation paper on the European Market Infrastructure Regulation (EMIR) clearing obligation on credit default swaps (EMIR – no.2). SIFMA AMG also submitted comments to ESMA on its consultation paper on interest rate swaps (EMIR – no.1).
