Deloitte MCS Limited was jointly commissioned by the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association (SIFMA) and the Association for Financial Markets in Europe (AFME) to produce a Deloitte point of view paper on an outcomes-based assessment of European derivatives regulations in relation to the Commodities Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) Cross-Border Application of Certain Swaps Provisions of the Commodity Exchange Act.
