SIFMA provides comments to the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) on Trade Reporting and Compliance Engine (TRACE) dissemination issues. SIFMA focuses its recommendations on the general question of whether current dissemination practices should be altered for investment grade and non-investment grade debt securities, Agency mortgage-backed securities traded on a to-be-announced (TBA) basis, and FINRA Rule 144A transactions.
