Whether the “in connection with” language in Bankruptcy Code section 546(g) (the avoidance exemption for swap agreements) and the “related to” language in Bankruptcy Code section 101(53B)(A)(vi) (definition of swap agreement) should be read narrowly so as to exclude transfers and agreements which are not expressly provided for in, or do not expressly refer to, the original transaction documents.
