Mid-Year Economic Survey: GDP Growth to Slow Amid Uncertainty
Slower growth, sticky inflation, and policy uncertainty define the latest economic outlook from SIFMA’s Economic Advisory Roundtable. GDP growth is forecasted to slow to 0.9% in 2025, and recession risk remains elevated. “The economy has downshifted,” said Roundtable Co-Chair Scott Anderson, BMO.
