SIFMA Talks DE&I with WISF

Recently, Cheryl Crispen, SIFMA’s Executive Vice President of Communications and Marketing and lead for the association’s diversity, equity and inclusion efforts had the opportunity to sit down with Arianne M. Collette, Executive Director, COO and Head of Business Development for the Reinvestment and Participant Engagement business at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management on the Perspectives by Women in Securities Finance podcast.

In this episode, she recaps some of the key themes from SIFMA’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Leadership Summit this past September at Morgan Stanley and discusses the way business leaders and diversity practitioners have come together to make DE&I a business imperative within the industry.

SIFMA and its members strive to provide firms across the financial services industry with the resources needed to achieve, expand and promote workforce, client, and supplier diversity and inclusion.
