SIFMA provides comments to the House Committee on Financial Services in anticipation of JOBS Act 2.0 legislation discussion. SIFMA supports the efforts to ensure that small and medium sized businesses in the United States have access to the capital they need to grow. SIFMA appreciates that Congress and the SEC have devoted attention to the capital formation issues of small and medium sized businesses and we are encouraged by action in the House Committee on Financial Services on a JOBS Act 2.0 package.
