Fees for NYSE Arca Depth-of-Book Data

SIFMA and NetCoalition provide comments to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on the notice of filing and immediate effectiveness of a proposed rule change by NYSE Arca, Inc. relating to fees for NYSE Arca depth-of-book data, File No. SR-NYSEArca-2010-97, Exchange Act Release No. 63291.  SIFMA and NetCoalition petition the SEC to temporarily suspend the proposed rule change under a recently amended section of the Exchange Act, Section 19(b)(3)(C). The groups also petition the SEC to institute proceedings to disapprove, or properly approve, those changes under Section 19(b)(2)(B).
