Laborers District Council Construction Industry Pension Fund, 575 U.S. 175 (2015).  Whether the Court of Appeals misinterpreted and misapplied the federal law standard for pleading a violation of SEC Regulation S-K Item 303.  Whether the Court of Appeals misinterpreted and misapplied Washington law in reversing the trial court’s Rule 12(b)(6) dismissal when Plaintiffs’ own allegations pose an insuperable bar to relief.
