SIFMA provided comments in a joint letter to Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) regarding the Annual Privacy Notice Requirement under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (Regulation P). SIFMA sent with ABA, CBA, FSR, and ICBA on the proposed changes to Regulation P implementing GLBA.
