Brooke Kramer is Vice President of Federal Government Affairs at SIFMA, managing a portfolio of legislative, regulatory and policy issues affecting the capital markets.

She previously served as Legislative Director for U.S. Representative Frank D. Lucas, supervising the office’s legislative staff and leading the Congressman’s work on the House Financial Services Committee and the House Agriculture Subcommittee on Commodity Markets, Digital Assets, and Rural Development. Prior to that, Ms. Kramer served as Military Legislative Assistant to Rep. Lucas, leading the defense and transportation portfolios. She began her career in the office of U.S. Senator James Lankford, serving as a legislative correspondent and later as a legislative aide.

Ms. Kramer earned her Master of Arts degree in International Relations & Contemporary War from King’s College London and her Bachelor of Science degrees in Political Science and Intercultural Studies, summa cum laude, from John Brown University.
