Kenneth E. Bentsen Jr.: Hello and thank you for joining us for the October edition of the Market Snapshot Podcast. I’m your host, Ken Benson, President and CEO of SIFMA. Featuring SIFMA’s director of research, Heidi Lerner, Market Snapshot is a monthly podcast that takes a concise look at what moved markets and what to watch next. This month, we are grateful to be joined by Tom Simons, Chief U.S. Economist at Jeffries. Comments and questions are welcome. Listeners can reach us at digital at SIFMA.org. Tom, Heidi, thank you so much for joining us today. Let’s start with the outlook for Fed policy. So, Tom, you’ve said that monetary policy has not been restrictive enough to meaningfully suppress hiring. If inflation falls but employment rates remain strong and wage growth uh begins to accelerate, would the Fed continue hiking until it sees something softening in labor demand as well?
