TBMA Submits Comments to the US Senate Finance Committee on the Joint Committee on Taxation Report on Tax Compliance

The Bond Market Association (TBMA)*provides comments to the U.S. Senate Finance Committee on the Joint Committee on Taxation (JCT)report, Options to Improve Tax Compliance and Reform Tax Expenditure.Upon reviewing the JCT report, TBMA identified 8 provisions that would have a significantly negative affect on the tax-exempt municipal bond market.
