TBMA Submits Comments to the SEC on the Proposal Regarding the TRACE Reporting Period

The Bond Market Association (TBMA)*submits commentsto the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in connection with the proposal by the NASDto reduce from 75 minutes to 45 minutes the period to report a transaction in a TRACE-eligible debt security to the NASD through its Trade Reporting and Compliance Engine (TRACE).
*SIFMA is the product of a merger between the Securities Industry Association (SIA) and The Bond Market Association (TBMA) in 2006.
