The Bond Market Association (TBMA)*provides comments to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)on proposed amendments to the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board’s (MSRB)Rule G-12(f) and Rule G-14,relating to the implementation of a facility for real-time transaction reporting and price dissemination as outlined in MSRB 2001-13.
