Uniform Termination Notice for Securities Industry Registration

The Bond Market Association (TBMA)* provides comments to the National Association of Securities Dealers Regulation, Inc. (NASDR) on Proposed Rule 1150, Request for Comment 97-77. The proposal would, among other things, establish a uniform standard of qualified immunity and associated standard of proof for member firms in NASD arbitration proceedings for statements made concerning the termination of employees in NASD Form U-5, Uniform Terminiation Notice of Securities Industry Registration, and other mandatory disclosures.
