TBMA Submits Comments to the FSA on UK Implementation of the EU Market Abuse Directive

The Bond Market Association (TBMA)* submits comments to the Financial Services Authority (FSA)on UK Implementation of the EU Market Abuse Directive. In June 2004, HM Treasury and the FSA published the directive as a consulation document.
