TBMA Submits Comments to the FSA on Alternative Trading Systems in Europe

The Bond Market Association (TBMA)* submitscomments tothe Financial Services Authority(FSA) on the FSA’s Consultation Paper on Alternative Trading Systems (ATS). The Consultation Paper aims to implement CESR’s Standards on ATS in the UK. TBMA shares concerns about proposed regulation of alternative trading systems in Europe.

*SIFMA is the product of a merger between the Securities Industry Association (SIA) and The Bond Market Association (TBMA) in 2006.
