TBMA Submits Comments to the Federal Housing Finance Board on a Proposal Relating to the Joint Activities of the Federal Home Loan Banks

The Bond Market Association (TBMA)* provide comments to the Federal Housing Finance Board on the reorganizationof the Office of Finance, and the authority to issue consolidated obligations on which the Federal Home Loan Banks are jointly and individually liable. TBMA offers its observations and recommendations regarding the proposal.
