TBMA and other Associations Submit Comments to the BCBS on Counterparty Risk Issues under the Basel Accord

The Bond Market Association (TBMA)*, the International Swaps and Derivatives Association, Inc. (ISDA), the London Investment Banking Association (LIBA), and the Risk Management Association provide comments to the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision (BCBS) as a follow-up to previous correspondence on counterparty risk issues under the Basel Accord.

*SIFMA is the product of a merger between the Securities Industry Association (SIA) and The Bond Market Association (TBMA) in 2006.
