TBMA and ISDA Submit Comments to the FSA and the SEC on Counterparty Credit Risk

The Bond Market Association (TBMA)* and International Swaps and Derivatives Association, Inc. (ISDA) submit comments to the Financial Services Authority (FSA)and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)on the treatment of certain counterparty credit risk issues that may arise in connection with securities lending and financing transactions including prime brokerage and retail transactions.
