TBMA and ISDA Submit Comments to the BCBS and IOSCO on Cross-Product Netting

The Bond Market Association (TBMA)* and the International Swaps and Derivatives Association, Inc.(ISDA) provide comments to the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision (BCBS)and the International Organization of Securities Commissioners (IOSCO)on cross-product netting. The comments are in response to the April 2005 Consultative Document, The Application of Basel II to Trading Activities and the Treatment of Double Default Effects.
