TBMA and ASF Submit Comments to FASB on the Meaning of Other-Than-Temporary Impairment

The Bond Market Association (TBMA)* and the American Securitization Forum (ASF) submit comments to the Financial Account Standards Board (FASB)on implementation guidance on the meaning of other-than-temporary impairment and its application to certain investments, EITF Issue 03-1-a.

*SIFMA is the product of a merger between the Securities Industry Association (SIA) and The Bond Market Association (TBMA) in 2006.
