Regulations Affecting Technology Purchases

SIFMA and other associations provide comments to the China Banking Regulatory Commission (CBRC) on technology regulations affecting banks operating in China. Our organizations support China’s desire to create a secure operating environment for banks. Incidents that disrupt the integrity of banking infrastructure not only impact individual bank operations, but also undermine the confidence of consumers and investors, and threaten the stability of global financial systems.
