Reopening American Capital Markets to Emerging Growth Companies Act

SIFMA provides comments to the U.S. House Financial Services Committee supporting H.R.3606, the Reopening American Capital Markets to Emerging Growth Companies Act of 2011.  SIFMA believes the legislation would promote job creation and economic growth by making it easier for companies to access capital through the initial public offering (IPO) market.
