SEC Jumpstart Our Business Startups Act (JOBS Act)

SIFMA provides comments to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in advance of developing rules to comply with the Jumpstart Our Business Startups Act (JOBS Act).  SIFMA focuses this initial set of recommendations on Titles I and II of the JOBs Act relating to the determination of emerging growth company (EGC) status, including the definition of issuer, the time of determination of EGC status and ability to requalify, and financial disclosures and accounting pronouncements.
