SIFMA provides comments to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on recent temporary interim rules on registration of municipal advisors. SIFMA recommends draft frequently asked questions and answers relating to the temporary interim rules as they relate to the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act.
