SIFMA’s Clearing Firms Committee provides comments to the Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) on Financial Industry Regulatory Authority’s (FINRA) proposed rule change to NASD Rule 2340 involving per share estimated values of unlisted Direct Participation Programs (DPP) and Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) on customer account statements.
