Amex Depth-of Book Data

The Market Data Subcommittee of the Technology and Regulation Committee of SIFMA provides comments to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on Amex Depth-of-Book Data, File No. SR-Amex-2006-89. SIFMA requests that the Commission staff does not approve the proposed rule by delegated authority at this time, and recommends the Commission first decide on other pending issues related to market data.
