PERAC Third Party Placement Agents & Other Proposed Regulations

SIFMA provides comments to the Public Employee Retirement Administration Commission (PERAC) on draft investment regulations relating to major changes to the investment, bookkeeping and procurement activities of the state retirement systems.  SIFMA offers its general support for the package of regulations, and offers two recommendations relating to the definition of placement agents in the proposal.
