SIFMA provides comments to the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board (MSRB) on a plan for increasing information available for municipal auction rate securities, MSRB Notice 2008-15.  The proposal would create a centralized system for the collection and dissemination of market information about auction rate securities (ARS) that would increase the amount of information available to market participants.  SIFMA shares its observations and address specific requests for comment in the notice.
