Tax Deductions Related to the 529 Plan

SIFMA provides comment to The Commonwealth of Massachusetts State House on bills H. 2696 and S. 1612. These bills would, allow Massachusetts residents who contribute to the state sponsored 529 plan to deduct that contribution from their gross income for state tax purposes.
