Investor Protection Act as it Pertains to Fiduciary Duty

SIFMA provides comments to the House Financial Committee on the Investor Protection Act, Section 103, as it pertains to fiduciary duty. SIFMA strongly recommends that Congress direct the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to develop and implement a uniformed fiduciary standard for financial professionals based on traditionally recognized fundamental fiduciary duties.
