SIFMA provides comments to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) on the Legacy Loans Program. SIFMA supports the shared goals of the FDIC and U.S. Department of Treasury in the Public-Private Investment Program (PPIP) and believes it is important that the Legacy Loans Program be a success.
